The accommodation had a central location to Santa Monica shopping centre.
Some people working there were kind of rude.

Every time in Los Angeles, I choose this place. It has airy and decent sized rooms to offer with beachfront view and 4 adults 2 children, as example. The location is marvellous and fantastic, 1 mile from Ocean Avenue.

Great and incredible location away from the restaurant downstairs with views of the beach. Reasonably priced food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

Nice building and rooms for a portable heater. A lot of supplies in the room: a lounge and a kitchen. Perfect central location, just next door to the boardwalk of Venice Beach, Santa Monica shopping centre, and all the sites- Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier right out front. Courtesy of the staff.

The location was great and fantastic, just a pleasant stroll away from Windward Circle. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. The room was neat and airy, there where a balcony, free Wi-Fi and coffee. I liked that the food for breakfast was reasonably priced.

Great location near popular tourist destinations, including Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. Enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and spacious deck. Rooms on level 2 were quiet with no view, but still enjoyable. Good water pressure and comfortable bed. a well set up and self-contained place to stay.

The hotel is older with no lift but is right on the Boardwalk. It was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the two night we stayed.

I stayed at Su Casa with a friend. We were immediately upgraded to a larger, oceanfront room upon arrival. Additionally, we arrived at noon and were allowed to go straight to our room, even though check-in wasn't supposed to be until later in the afternoon. The location is PERFECT! Right on Venice Beach ocean walk, close to local restaurants & shops... Johnathan and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, quick to offer recommendations in the area. We will stay here again!

My recent stay at Su Casa At Venice Beach was fantastic. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I found the location to be amazing. Being just meters away from the beach was a huge plus, and the easy access made it convenient for me to enjoy the sun and sand. The unique and comfortable rooms were a pleasant surprise, with a nostalgic and cool SoCal decoration. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were spacious. The Fig Tree restaurant, located in the hotel, offered a brilliant and varied menu, and the food was excellent. The staff at Su Casa At Venice Beach were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Venice and enjoying all it has to offer.

The quality of the apartment was very nice, very warming. The location of the hotel as it is right on the beach front. Parking was free, and also continantal breakfast was also inculded. The we're very friendly ( younger man on front desk very help to us) so tags k you!
A few thing in the room should of been corrected as of the balcony door did not have a lock, couldn't turn the temperature down on the air con, next building across from the hotel was as a I can call it, a rehab centre and was quite loud at night and uneasy for us as the bacony door didn't lock and we had to close it but for that reason we were hot because of the air con.

Mouse in the room (ratoli a l'habitació) The last night they offered to put a mouse trap or change to another hotel. We changed and were charged again (Su Casa told us they will pay the bill, but the other hotel charged us directly, since Su Casa didn't pay, even if we already full paid in advance at su casa) On arrival there were any one at front desk and the contact phone did not answer, so we waited more than 1 hour. We did not get Ocean view but only Phoenix house view (a drug traitment center). Very expensive for a poor room. No room service during stay. The breakfast took more thant 1 hour every day waiting in the room.(how it is alreday paid and it is diferent business they give priority to the other clients sitting there) So, we found all the info shown on the web was misleading and incorrect. In summary, like a theft. We are still waiting some answer to our claims from the property.

We had a relaxing end to our road trip at Su Casa, situated on Venice Beach's vibrant boardwalk. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by shops and eateries. It was a great base to explore Muscle Beach and Santa Monica pier. The cafe downstairs served excellent food, and the overall quaint atmosphere was delightful. We even got a room upgrade at no extra charge!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel at Venice Beach is great. Nice ocean and ocean walkway views. Magnificent beach in front of the hotel and Santa Monica pier is nearby. We enjoyed the general atmosphere around Venice and Santa Monica. The hotel had hundreds or maybe even thousands of tv channels available. The staff was very helpful. We could book this hotel again.
We had some difficulties with the safety box, since it was propably low on battery and we couldn´t use it because of that. We also had some minor problems with the tv set, it reseted itself somehow when turned off and then on again. The walls and floors are quite thin and it sounded like the guests above us were relocating furnitures all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Su Casa. I would agree with previous visitors. The flats are great. The position lovely in terms of a view of the beach. The downside is it is definitley a bit seedier at night, but providing you are sensible - there is no problem. The rooms are really well appointed. Bed very comfortable, great linen good shower! I didn't realise that we got parking included with the room which was great. Santa Monica is great. Really vibrant. Lot of interesting hotels and shops. We also had a day at Marion Davies (early movie star and mistress of William Randolph Hearst Beach House Pool which is open to the public. It was great to have the use of a pool. Oh and breakfast is great as well
As previously mentioned area does get a bit seedy at night.
